These Tulip Letter cutter and stamp sets are IT!
They perfectly match the Tulips design, making it super easy to have a cohesive set with minimal effort on your part.
This text-based stamp is so very very easy to two-tone, and just as easy to paint, with crisp edges and raised borders between areas that are most likely to be different colours.
This file includes the cookie cutter and the cookie stamp in the one file. This includes one M stamp and cutter and one U stamp and cutter - simply use the M twice to make the two m’s in mum!
